Who needs a Food Protection Manager Certificate?

The state of Arkansas requires that all facilities must have at least one employee that has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control food preparation and service. This person shall be a certified food protection manager who has passed a test that is part of an accredited program. 

Is the certificate state-approved?

Our ANAB-accredited Food Protection Manager course and exam is accepted in Arkansas.

How long does it take to complete?

The course takes about 6 to 8 hours to complete and is entirely online. The exam has a 2 hour time limit.

Do I need to schedule the final exam?
